At least that's what the Delhi administration wants us to believe looking at all the traffic mess and restrictions that have been put in place for Indians in India. Why?
Traffic is restricted and reserved for the privileged. In a three lane road, one is reserved for CWG2010 ( whatever that means!!), the other for the buses ( while a maximum number of buses especially the private ones have been asked to stay off the road) and the remaining small portion for the residents of Delhi. That too in a place that at an average sells 10000 bikes and 7000 cars every month. If anyone transgresses into the CWG lane, they would be penalized and would have to pay Rs. 2000. Hmm...
I have been informed by learned sources that this was one of the revenue earning activities that has been conceptualized by the Delhi administration. they expect to earn good amount of money through these fines.
I have also been informed by learned sources that this is also a "get rich fast" scheme being promoted by the Delhi traffic police for their long serving members. The plum postings on roads where maximum fine would be collected has been finalized and would be manned by friendly considerate cops who would let you go if you part with Rs. 500 - 1000, when ever caught. Quite a few were seen collecting brochures in a property mela (roadshow) just the other day. Now that's what i call meticulous planning.
The poor and the begging clan have been asked to stay indoors at various camps being made by the government. Full entertainment and unlimited food is being provided so as to keep them busy. Plans to enhance their begging skills to international standard had not taken off, so the entire clan has been.
The mess at the Games Village was widely reported but what was not reported was the real story. The dogs found in the rooms were affiliates of elected politicians. Since they could not occupy the rooms openly and had to send representatives to illegally occupy the rooms , they decided to send their local representatives. Those rooms were the dogs were found are now formally the property of the respective politicians who will occupy these flats after the games. No questions asked!!!!
Why are we so ashamed of our roots? Why are our own politicians so ashamed of the very people who elected them? Why are our people so tolerant of these politicians and bureaucrats? The whole world knows we have a large population of poor people so why are we trying to hide them? who are we trying to fool except ourselves?
But i'm extremely happy because it was after such messages that we had people take up the independence cause during British Raj and now a similar "Independence" war is imminent. This time against our politicians...
But here are Tips for all those who plan to come to Delhi during CWG!!!
1. Change your Citizenship. If you are an Indian YOU ARE NOT WELCOME!!!!
2. If you plan to drive, carry enough Rs 500 notes. You might need them more often than not.
3. If you are Delhiite, get out of Delhi.
4. When you enter any place that has been built for CWG's, Wait... Watch... See if it collapses... then leave or enter at your own risk. My informed sources have indicated that the contracts awarded by the CWG committee has a penalty clause if they dont collapse within a pre decided time frame the contractor who has built it would need to pay a huge penalty.
5.See it on TV... You will be safer there unless you are watching it from the Games village itself.
6. If you are bachelor or spinster, latch on to anyone involved with CWG. All of them are now filthily RICH!!!
and above all PRAY!!!! Because the politicians and the bureaucrats are about to destroy INDIA!!!!!
